Through its annual OneAsk Fundraising Campaign, the Foundation invites corporations to fund programs like the Leadership and Mentoring Program (LAMP), Women’s Leadership Network (WLN), and Chapter Ally Grants, which empower professionals through education, networking, and leadership development.
This campaign includes general corporate donations and Strikes for Charity Event sponsorship.

A 501(c) (3) charity, supported by the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS), the PLUS Foundation provides programs, opportunities, and charitable giving to champion individuals and groups who face obstacles to entering or advancing their career and populations that are underrepresented in professional liability insurance or in senior management, including women, people of color, veterans, and people with disabilities.
