PLUS Foundation Serving Attitudes & Attire

Since 2004 the PLUS Foundation has raised funds and provided service to a charity located in the city where the PLUS Conference is held. Conference Cause has donated over $800,000 to 18 charities.

This year’s Conference Cause charity was Attitudes & Attire, a Dallas nonprofit dedicated to providing women tools that raise self-esteem, promote ethics and build the confidence necessary to develop successful life skills and job readiness. They also offer the Boots to Heels program for female veterans who are transitioning from a military to civilian career.

The PLUS Foundation made a monetary donation of $58,542 to Attitudes & Attire– comprised of donations from individuals and a $55k base grant from the PLUS Foundation. Donations of clothing and accessories were collected from all over the country and at the PLUS Conference. PLUS volunteers sorted and organized the donations at the Attitudes & Attire Boutique Store and assisted Attitudes & Attire clients as they prepared for their job search and interviews.
