2025: A Behind-the-Scenes Look at PLUS Foundation Impact

The past fiscal year brought ongoing uncertainty around inclusion, equity, and allyship efforts across our industry. Still, the PLUS Foundation remained steadfast in our mission: to support tomorrow’s diverse professional liability workforce through outreach, education, mentoring, and giving back.

Thanks to your generosity, we expanded access to educational resources, networking opportunities, leadership development, and community support initiatives nationwide. Together, we’re taking meaningful steps toward a more inclusive and equitable professional liability industry.

Women’s Leadership Network (WLN)

  • Hosted four events in Philadelphia, Montreal, San Francisco, and Boston, welcoming more than 200 attendees. Each gathering featured senior-level speakers who shared practical tools and real-world leadership insights.
  • Awarded two WLN Scholarships to professionals advancing within the industry. Each recipient will receive expanded educational opportunities, complimentary access to PLUS events, and mentorship from a senior leader in 2026.

Leadership and Mentorship Program (LAMP)

  • Welcomed our largest cohort to date—19 participants representing a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
  • Each participant was paired with a senior mentor, received three complimentary PLUS educational modules, attended a Symposium and/or PLUS University, and participated in the 2025 PLUS Conference.
  • These opportunities help participants grow their networks, pursue additional designations, and build meaningful, career-shaping relationships.

Chapter Ally Grants

  • Supported five organizations across the United States delivering vital programming, from educational access to employment services to household financial planning.
  • Alongside financial support, PLUS Foundation volunteers provided hands-on assistance to help meet community needs.

Career Center

  • Continued to deliver career resources to job seekers and employers, including job postings, resume listings, interview tools, and resume-building support.
  • In 2025, the platform shared more than 7,000 job opportunities and saw 3,800 views, helping professionals navigate their career journeys in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Conference Cause

  • Partnered with the Orlando Fisher House, which provides housing, meals, and daily living essentials for families of veterans receiving care at the Orlando VA Hospital. Since 1990, the Fisher House Foundation has served over 455,000 military and veterans’ families.
  • Through generous contributions, we raised over $30,000 to support their mission and amplify awareness of the invaluable services they provide to military families nationwide.

This year reaffirmed the power of community and the impact we can make together. Thank you for your continued support and commitment to building a stronger, more inclusive professional liability industry.
