2021 Foundation Board
The PLUS Foundation is pleased to welcome Sarah Goldstein, Esq., Managing Partner at O’Hagan Meyer PLLC in Orange County, CA, along with Jahan Cedenio (see recent post), to the Foundation Board of Directors. Sarah has a long history of leadership within the PLUS organization, most recently as a Trustee on the PLUS Board. The Foundation Board looks forward to the contribution Sarah will make to support tomorrow’s diverse workforce.
Sarah Goldstein is the managing partner of the Orange County office of O’Hagan Meyer. She focuses her practice in employment litigation representing organizations of all sizes in employment-related matters. Her team, located in both Los Angeles and Orange County, also advises companies on proactive compliance with employment laws and litigates in both Federal Court and California Superior Court with a focus on defending employment actions under the Fair Employment and Housing Act including gender, pregnancy, race, ancestry, color, religion, age, national origin, sexual orientation, disability and other types of harassment, and discrimination, wrongful termination claims, whistle-blower claims, wage and hour and retaliation matters. Ms. Goldstein’s team represents employers in administrative actions before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, U.S. Department of Labor, and the Department of Fair Employment and Housing. Ms. Goldstein is a regular speaker on employment-related topics and has presented at past industry events such as the Annual Conference of the Israel Bar Association and Annual Joint Conference with the ABA Section of International Law in Eilat, Israel, ACI’s Employment Practices Liability Insurance Conference in San Francisco, National EPLI ExecuSummit in New York, PLUS International Conferences, and the Employer Advisory Council. Ms. Goldstein completed seven semester courses to earn her certificate in mediation at Pepperdine University Law School’s Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution.
