PLUS will recognize a member of the insurance industry who exemplifies the mission of the Foundation through their actions to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in the industry.
Eligibility:
- Employed in the insurance or professional liability industry or a company or industry that supports insurance or professional liability insurance;
- Member of an under-represented group;
- Self-nominations not accepted; PLUS membership is not required.

outreach, education, mentoring and giving back.
