Job Seekers
For job seekers, PLUS Works is a free service that provides access to employers and jobs in the professional liability insurance industry. In addition to posting a resume, job seekers can browse or view jobs based on the criteria that best matches their career goals. Job seekers can also post confidentially with confidence or search anonymously by creating a Job Agent. Job Agents notify job seekers via email when jobs matching their criteria are posted eliminating the need to visit their online accounts daily to track new postings. Tips and resources, including access to PLUS certification programs are available to job seekers who wish to beef up their resume
Employers
Employers can post jobs, search for qualified candidates based on specific job criteria, and create an online resume agent to email qualified candidates daily. Hiring managers also benefit from online reporting that provides job activity statistics to track each job posting’s ROI.
The PLUS Foundation encourages and facilitates hiring practices that embrace diversity, creativity, problem solving, uniqueness, and perseverance. This site is infused with experienced, traditional PL applicants, as well as educated, motivated nontraditional talent who bring a wide range of perspectives, abilities, and life experiences to their work and workplace.
