Aneisha has been a contributing member of the insurance community for over 25 years. Her experience spans Claims, Underwriting, and Marketing. Named Vice President of Atrium Underwriters Ltd in August 2021, Aneisha is a trusted adviser, influencing colleagues with high energy and leadership, increasing stakeholder engagement, improving brand awareness, and enhancing overall operations. Prior to this, Aneisha was an Assistant Vice-President with Chubb, working in high visibility roles for 11 years.
Throughout her career, Aneisha has been recognized as a transformational leader, both within and outside of her organizations. Her authenticity has allowed her to initiate and maintain long-lasting, collaborative partnerships, strategic connections, and respect amongst her peers.
A proud member of the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA), a member of the PLUS Foundation DEIA Advisory Committee, and a member of the WSIA Diversity Speakers Bureau. Aneisha has also been the Chapter-Chair of the Arizona Southwest PLUS Chapter since 2019.

Alex serves as the US Head of Financial Institutions for Zurich North America. In this role, Alex has responsibility for the strategic direction and profitability of the financial institution products.

The Financial Institutions Team provides solutions that help customers mitigate their risk in areas such as management liability, professional liability, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, crime, and cyber.

Prior to joining Zurich, Alex was the US Head of Financial Institutions at WTW in the Financial & Executive Lines Practice. Alex also spent nine years at Chubb Insurance in both Chicago and New York in the Cyber and Financial Institutions group.

Alex holds a BA in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a JD from New York Law School. Alex is admitted to practice law in Illinois. In 2017, Alex was named a Power Broker by Risk & Insurance magazine in both the Financial Services category and Rising Stars category.

Justin Psaki is an Executive Vice President of the Executive Assurance and Professional Liability Divisions of Arch Insurance Group. The Executive Assurance Division has a team of 100 underwriting professionals in over 12 locations across the U.S. that specialize in providing management liability insurance to a broad range of industries. The Professional Liability Division has a team of 35 professionals in 6 locations across the U.S. that offer professional liability products (PL, GL, Environmental, and Cyber) through multiple distribution platforms (open brokerage, program managers, and digital platforms). Prior to this role, Justin was the head of the Financial Services Department at Arch Executive Assurance since 2009. Before 2009, Justin held a number of management and underwriting positions in management liability at Hartford Financial Products and AIG. Justin graduated from Lehigh University in 1997.
