Popular fundraiser and record-breaker, Colonel Tom Moore, turned 100 years old. His birthday was marked with an RAF fly-past near where he lives, an honorary promotion to a Colonel ranking (from Captain) in the army and 140,000 birthday cards from across the world.

Brit Insurance donated £100,000 to Colonel Tom’s amazing cause to raise over £30 million for NHS Charities by walking 100 laps in his garden. NHS Charities supports Staff and Volunteers in the UK during the COVID-19 pandemic.
