The PLUS Foundation is excited to announce the launch of its new Career Center where experienced talent, and those new to the industry, can find their next professional liability job in one centralized place.

Dedicated to helping companies engage populations that are underrepresented in professional liability insurance, the PLUS Foundation created the Career Center to further assist with diversifying the professional liability industry.

The PLUS Foundation Career Center works with companies that value a wide range of perspectives, abilities, and life experiences. In addition, the PLUS Foundation partners with community colleges and other organizations to lead nontraditional talent to the Career Center. Job seekers using the PLUS Foundation Career Center will have access to resources and services that will help prepare them through knowledge and resume building.

“Together we will provide support through the application, hiring, and onboarding process accessing existing client services and PLUS educational resources to improve the success of both the new hires and the hiring company,” Glenda Swan, PLUS Foundation Director said. “This site will jumpstart careers for those interested in a career in professional liability insurance and provide a much-needed resource for companies looking to hire enthusiastic, motivated, vetted talent.”
